Mälarplast is your complete partner for technical plastic solutions. We take on overall responsibility from the idea to prototype, toolmaking and full-scale production of both large and small components in thermoplastic and thermosets. Assembled, printed, packed and ready! With our know-how, wide range of flexible machinery with our inhouse toolmaking department, delivery reliability and wide network of talented partners, we can provide our customers with a cost-optimal, reliable service.

Flexibility
Flexibility is about being adaptable – being able to change in line with needs that arise. Short lead times and rapid turnarounds are things that we deal with every day. To support us we have a wide range of machinery with plenty of capacity. If we need to produce a plastic component immediately, we can.

We don’t want to brag too much, but a documented delivery reliability of over 99% for many years speaks for itself, doesn’t it? We keep our promises!

Quality
Mälarplast has the equipment for highly advanced measuring of both tools and plastic components. In our measuring room, we have a coordinate measuring machine from CE Johansson. We are certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and 14001.

The environment
At Mälarplast we work constantly to make environmental improvements and we are dedicated to increasing our use of recycled and bio-based plastics. We also work actively with our customers to create new circular flow systems of plastic products, making it possible to reuse plastic over and over again.
