Mälarplast spacialize in contract injection molding of thermoplastics, with focus on bioplastics and circular solutions.
In close collaboration with our customers, we create a functional, sustainable model in the right material for the products in question, using bespoke tooling.
As well as in-depth knowledge, we also have a great deal of experience of processing plastic and we are always mindful of the impact our production has on the climate. Reducing our carbon footprint is part of our sustainability efforts and together with our customers we are now developing systems for circular flows of plastic products. At Mälarplast we actively encourage the increased use of recycled and bio-based plastics.
We also have an extensive network of skilled designers, toolmakers and materials specialists who help to ensure that production is tailored to the specific requirements of our customers and their components.

Our modern machinery includes some 30 high-precision injection molding machines for themoplastics. We have the capacity to make everything from small to large plastic details quickly on request. We also offer services within product development, from prototype and toolmaking to assembly, printing and packaging.

Series production with high capacity
Mälarplast are specialized in series production for 1000 pieces and up. For smaller series, we often refer to specialized prototype manufacturers.
